- Contact us within 10 days of receiving the product.
- Obtain a Return Authorization Number and be sure to include it in the package along with the product.
- Return all items in their original packaging.
- Send the package back to our offices within 7 days of receiving the Return Authorization Number.
- Once your return has been received and inspected, our team will process a refund through the original payment method.
Returns of Defective or Damaged Products:
If you receive a defective or damaged product, contact us within 72 hours of delivery. Provide details about the product and the damage to receive instructions on how to proceed. You may return the product and receive a full refund, including delivery costs. The refund will be issued through the same payment method used for the purchase. All rights granted under applicable law are guaranteed.
