Shipping policy
Most of our orders ship from our workshop within 2 business days.
The delivery date for made-to-order garments is approximate and as accurate as possible.
We are happy to provide information on specific timeframes if you contact us before placing your order. We suggest reaching out via WhatsApp for quick and effective communication. Again, we will personally get in touch with you when orders are placed to make arrangements and ensure that both your order and our timing are satisfactory.
Once your garment has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation by email with tracking information and an estimated delivery date. The average time is 3 business days for Argentina, Uruguay, Brazil, and Chile, and 6 to 9 business days for the rest of the world. Please allow up to 24 hours for your DHL tracking code to become active after receiving the shipping confirmation.
Once the package has left our workshop, … will be responsible for your package and its delivery. If for any reason you do not receive your order, we ask that you contact us within 7 days of the stated arrival date (according to the tracking information). This way, we can send your replacement as soon as possible. We are unable to provide order replacements or refunds for customers who reach out beyond this date.
Some international orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, and other charges upon the shipment's arrival. These charges must be paid by the recipient. We cannot advise on or estimate the specific tax and customs regulations for each country, as customs policies vary from one country to another.
We ship everything directly from our workshops. We try to thoroughly inspect all of our pieces when we finish them and before shipping. We truly care about craftsmanship and the satisfaction of the user (you).
If, upon arrival, you find that the garment you have received is damaged, please contact us within the next 3 days so that we can respond promptly and properly.
